      <td>DH Start Times</td>
      <td>Valley View: 6:30 and 8:40 PM; 
          Dean: 7pm (depends on number of teams)</td></tr>

      <td>DH Duration</td>
      <td>Two hours to play two games. Coaches and umpires 
          are jointly responsible for game time management.</td></tr>
  <tr><td>B</td>
      <td>Grace Period</td> 
      <td>10 minutes. Applies to first game of doubleheaders only. Must play 
          with eight players if at the 
          field. Grace time comes out of time available to play game.</td></tr>
  <tr><td>C</td>
      <td>Game Finish Times When Two DH Scheduled On A Field</td>
      <td>Two hours per doubleheader. No new inning may start after 7:25 or 
          8:25 (early doubleheader); 9:35 or 10:35 (late doubleheader). Fields 
          must be cleared no later than 10:45pm.</td></tr>

      <td>Use of one pitch is at umpires discretion or when both coaches

          the field. Late doubleheaders may play even if early doubleheader is

      <td>Dean Rainline: 703-257-8237 Ext. 5. City is famous for cancelling

      <td>Umpire waits 20 minutes for lightning to clear. Delay(s) are part of 
          one hour game time. Umpire/league official may decide to postpone

          play: umpire will call the runner out (not an appeal play), unless an

      <td>Pitcher may stand up to six feet behind rubber in "imaginary box".

      <td>Flip Flop Rule</td>
      <td>If game is out of hand, near the one hour limit, near fifth inning, 
          umpire should recommend that the team ahead stay in field; other

      <td>Runner Hit With Batted Ball</td>
      <td>Runner is off base in fair territory and hit with a batted ball:

          being hit. Result: dead ball, one base award.</td></tr>

          one-pitch rule to complete game due to time or darkness

      <td>Slide Rule (Interference)</td>
      <td>Per ASA a runner may not interfere with a fielders ability to make or
          receive a thrown ball. The runner has the responsibility to avoid 
          contact if he is upright and decides not to slide. If out, the runner
          must slide or veer out of the fielders way.</td></tr>

      <td>Collision With Catcher</td>
      <td>Per ASA rule, a runner may not bowl over catcher for any reason. 
          Result: runner is out. If flagrant, runner may be subject to
