The second meeting for all coaches will be held Thursday, March 27, at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held in the same location as the first meeting: the Fellowship Hall at Manassas Church of the Brethren, on Nokesville Road.

1. Call to order.
2. Opening prayer.
3. Introduction of new teams and coaches.
4. Appoint a new vice president.
5. Review upcoming dates:

March 29: Entry deadline for Early Bird Tourney.
April 1: Rosters due; No roster, no play.
April 1: Church scheduling conflicts due.
April 1: Practice schedules posted online.
April 4-5: Early Bird Tourney.
April 10: Tentative date for schedules to be posted.
April 21: Season starts.
August 28: End of season coaches meeting.
6. League purchase items (DEAN).
7. Rules and bat review (NSA vs ASA).
