$150 non-refundable deposit is due.

More upcoming dates for your calendar: A second coaches meeting will be held
Monday, March 15th. League play will start the week of April 19th. Team
practices will be scheduled starting April 2-16. The Early Bird Tournament for
church division will be April 16 and 17.

Several ASA rule changes have been enacted for 2010. Yellow softballs only.
Teams with white will be able to use what you have, but new purchases will be
yellow only. To the dismay of pitchers nationwide, the maximum pitching arc
has been reduced to 10 feet (from 12).

Crystal Terrant has resigned her position as league president. Fred Lewis will
assume that role between now and the coaches meetings where nominations and
voting for permanent officer positions will be held per league bylaws.
Volunteers are always needed and welcome! If we don't have a position that fits
your specific skill we'll make one for you. Joe Sak has taken over the league
scheduler position from Luke Croushorn. Many thanks for their long hours and
commitment to making MCSL succeed and grow to the largest adult softball
organization in PWC.
